Please read the following before a session

Home is where the heart is. It’s a place where you spend most of your time. A place of happiness and security, hopes and dreams. Your home is an extension of you. Sometimes the positive energy in your home can be disrupted for various reasons. When a House Clearing is performed, it removes all negative and stagnant energy and returns the home to a place of peace and love.

Sessions Include

• A 15-20 minute Initial Consultation schedule by email through Zoom to discuss preparation, the home, and the client’s goals for what they want achieved for a positive and cleared home. This must be done before the House Clearing appointment.
• An energy clearing of both the HOME and the LAND of any negative or stagnant energy, leaving only positive energy and love.
• Clearing tools are used with permission of client listed in intake form at booking, that include smudge and salt for perimeter of home (outside).
• A psychic reading of the home, discussed with the client afterwards.

How to Prepare

Please clean and declutter as much as possible and set a positive intention for the House Clearing session.

Why Have a House Clearing

The following reasons provide common explanations for a house clearing session. These reasons also highlight an understanding as to how energy can affect you and your home.

Change

Our lives are always changing. Your inner energy extends outward, into your experience, environment, and your home. Change can feel positive or negative, and no matter the cause, there is always an effect on energy.

Change can be a positive where you’re excited to move forward in this new energy and let go of the past. But it may be difficult for you to move forward when you are feeling the past energy within your home.

Change can also be perceived as a very negative experience. When you feel the change in your life as difficult, limiting, or heartbreaking, these thoughts and emotions all have a negative impact on your energy. This creates stagnant energy within your home.

A New Home

A new home welcomes new energy into your experience. However, the energy from the previous occupants and their experiences may still be present. If that energy has not been cleared, you may sense or pick up the energy from the previous homeowners. In wanting a fresh start, it may be beneficial to clear that energy.

Selling Your House

Keep in mind that your home is an extension of you and your energy. If your home is sitting on the market and hasn’t sold right away, there may be other explanations that you should consider.

There are various reasons to sell a home. Whether positive or negative reasons, such as divorce, financial concerns, or relocating for a new job, your home contains the energy that supports these reasons. When a buyer visits your home to consider it as their own, they may sense your anxiety to leave or the unease from a negative experience, and then not feel compelled themselves to make this place their new home.

You may love your home very much, even though you are selling it for a particular reason. However you might not want to sell, and are creating an energetic link of attachment to your home. This may not be welcoming to a new buyer whose intention is to do the same.

A Feeling of Negativity

There may not always be a known cause behind the reason you don’t feel positive or uplifted in your home, and you may not always be able to identify a source of negativity. Always trust the way you feel and let that guide you in your decisions and actions.

Spiritual Activity

Spiritual activity can be positive or negative. And even when the activity is positive, it may be unwanted, and that energy can be asked to leave. Based on client requests, the most common types of spiritual actively requested for me to investigate and clear, are reports of the following activities:

• Hearing a knocking sound from the walls.
• A feeling that someone else is in the room.
• Seeing someone else or a shadow of someone in your home that is of spiritual nature.
• Electronic activity, such as the lights flickering or the TV turning on or off by itself.
• Feeling a sudden drop in temperature where your intuition tells you it’s of spiritual nature.
• An object moving on its own (*Note: This is less common to be reported).
• Hearing your name called or an actual conversation in the home when no other person is physically there.
• Having a sense of smell for things that don’t have a reasonable explanation. Common smells associated through spiritual activity are perfume or cigarettes.
