1. Cancellation Policy: I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please be kind and let me know if you are not going to make your appointment and to reschedule. If you don’t communicate and don’t show up, you pay for the session.
2. Timeliness: It is important that you are on time for your appointment. If you are late, that time is lost from your session and the remaining time may not be sufficient to address the issues of your consultation. If I am late for a session, I will extend the session if our schedules permit, or we will make other arrangements.
